Asking for help? Two lines of detail usually saves a day of back-and-forth. Tell us your organization's name in Orrumai, the project and task (or the week of the timesheet), what you expected and what happened, and add a screenshot if something looked wrong.
Never send your password. We will never ask for it.
What happens on a demo?
A video call where we show you Orrumai with projects like yours: the portfolio, a Gantt, timesheets and the budget and forecast they add up to. Bring your questions, and anyone else who would use it.
How is Orrumai priced?
By an annual subscription sized to your team. Write to sales with roughly how many people would use it and we'll send you a quote.
How do I get an account?
Accounts are by invitation: your organization's admin invites you from Organization → Members, and the email has a link to set up your sign-in. If your company isn't on Orrumai yet, write to sales and we'll set it up with you.
I can't sign in
Use Forgot password? on the sign-in page. If the email doesn't arrive, check your spam folder, then write to us from the address on your account.
Can I get my data out?
Yes. Reports export every time entry as CSV, and we'll send you a full copy of your organization's data on request. See the privacy notice and terms.
